Order preparation

We prepare and ship your order within 24-48 working hours of its confirmation. This is a preparation time, not a delivery time.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery usually takes between 7 and 12 days from dispatch. These times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control: carrier incidents, customs procedures, high-demand campaigns or local public holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: €6.99.
  • Free shipping from €55 (or the equivalent in your currency) in the shipping zones where this condition is available.

The exact cost and the options available for your address are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Countries we ship to

We ship to Spain, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and a selection of countries in the rest of the world. You can check whether we ship to your country by selecting it at checkout: if it appears in the list, we ship there.

Order tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We email it to you as soon as the order leaves, and you can check it at any time on our tracking page.

Customs and import duties

The prices in our store include the transport and import costs provided for in our agreement with the suppliers. Under normal conditions you are not expected to have to pay any additional charges when you receive your order.

However, the customs authorities of each country apply their own criteria and we cannot absolutely guarantee the absence of occasional incidents. If you receive any communication demanding charges related to your order, write to us at info@z900build.com and we will look into it with you.

Shipping incidents

If your order exceeds the estimated time, tracking stops updating or the parcel arrives damaged, write to us at info@z900build.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Incorrect addresses

Check your address carefully when placing your order. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: if the order has not yet left, we can correct it.
